Eight arrests after police raids on homes in Bedford and Biggleswade

Eight people have been arrested and five charged with drugs offences following four days of search and arrest warrants carried out last week.

Class A drugs, cannabis and cash were found and four vehicles were also seized during raids on eight addresses in Bedford, Biggleswade and Northampton.

Among those charged are:

Alay Kifle, 19, of Rutland Road, Bedford, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

A 17 year old man who cannot be named for legal reasons, also from Rutland Road, Bedford, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

Darren Thompson, 26, of Shakespeare Road, Bedford, charged with possession of cannabis.

Victoria Darling, 45, of Rowan Crescent, Biggleswade, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
