Music fans will want to have web access at noon today (Friday, January 29) as discounted tickets for AmpRocks 2016 go on sale.
Organisers have released a limited number, priced at £20 (plus booking fee) for the event on Friday, July 1, before any of the acts have been announced.
The price goes up to £25 afterwards.
Negotiations are currently taking place with a number of high-profile bands with the line-up expected to be announced soon.
Last year, the event – headlined by Razorlight, with support from Scouting For Girls & The Cuban Brothers – attracted a sell-out 5,000 crowd.
This year capacity inside Ampthill’s Great Park has been increased to 6,000.
Ampthill Festival chairman Ian Scarr said: “The demand has been massive in recent years. The last two have been sell outs and, even with the increased capacity, we expect this year’s to go the same way.
“We have taken the unusual step of releasing a limited number of tickets at a discounted price in advance, before we have even confirmed any of the acts, to ensure as many local people get tickets.”
Amprocks forms part of the three-day Ampthill Festival, which takes place from July 1 to July 3.
No paper tickets will be sold this year. Earlybird tickets are available from www.Amprocks.eventbrite.com
