One man, the cyclist, was taken to hospital with serious, although not life-threatening, injuries.

PC Ben Chance is appealing for witnesses and said: “I’d like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, who saw the collision, or who knows who is responsible.

The cyclist sustained serious injuries, and we’re keen to speak to the driver of the car to find out what happened in the moments leading up to the collision.”
