A man was seriously hurt following a hit-and-run in Kempston.

At 5.30pm on Friday (May 14), a pedestrian and a car were involved in a collision in Spring Road. The vehicle then left the scene and made off towards Addison Park.

Detective Sergeant Simon Hancock said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or anyone who may have been in the area at the time.”
