A in his 50s man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Alexandra Road, Bedford, on Saturday, October 10.
He was arrested on Monday, October 11, evening and charged with attempted murder on Tuesday.
The man in his 50s from Bedford has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

He has been remanded in custody ahead of a court appearance at Luton Crown Court in November.
Three further people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Two have been bailed and the third has been released under investigation.
