Officers later discovered a bag containing cocaine in the kitchen cupboard.

Aceto was sentenced to three years in prison at Luton Crown Court on Tuesday, October 13, for two counts of possessing drugs with the intent to supply and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Detective Constable Aroop Nandre, who investigated, said: “Although Aceto admitted being in possession of the drugs he spun a web of lies and deception to avoid taking responsibility for the full extent of his criminal activity.

"However, the evidence uncovered during the investigation gave him no choice but to later admit his wrongdoing.

“We are pleased with the sentence that will take Aceto off the streets and prevent him causing further harm to our communities.”
