Challenge for 2012 - take on Hadrian’s Wall for St John’s

ANYONE who is planning to be healthier and take more exercise in 2012 can take up a charity trek.

Sue Ryder Care at St John’s Hospice, Moggerhanger is inviting those with the above New Year’s resolutions to take on the charity’s Hadrian’s Wall challenge in April.

Would-be walkers can trek along the wall from April 27 to 29 while raising funds for the hospice, which provides care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses including cancer and motor neurone disease.

Places are limited and early registration is encouraged.

The St John’s Hospice fundraising team will be on hand to help walkers reach the target.

And they will offer tips and expert advice along the way.
