Bypass has been reopened following investigation into serious collision

The A421 has been reopened following an investigation into a serious road traffic collision that happened in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday). 
Police reopened the road, between the A600 junction for Shortstown and the A6 junction for Wilstead, at around 2.45pm.

Bedfordshire Constabulary will be issuing further details about the crash later this afternoon.

Anyone who was driving along that stretch of road between 5.30am and 6.10am are asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 025 of September 22, 2015.
