Appeal after theft of jewellery from Kempston home


Police are appealing for information after burglars stole jewellery with sentimental value from a home in Kempston.

Offenders broke into the home in Lilac Walk between 2.30pm and 9.30pm on Thursday, November 27.

They stole jewellery with sentimental value including a platinum ring with two diamonds side-by-side and a gold ring with a single opal.

Electrical items and cash were also taken during the burglary.

Detective Constable Guy Steel-Jessop said: “These items had great sentimental

value and I would urge anyone with any information to call police.”
