It's always nice to save some money with a discount or special offer, but who has time to search high and low for voucher codes online?
Bargain hunters who are short of time might be interested to learn that there is now a free browser extension that can automatically scour the internet for discount codes as you shop online, helping you to save cash effortlessly.
What is it?
The extension (called Honey) automatically applies the best voucher it can find when you reach the stage of purchasing your items, and will let you know exactly how much you are saving.

How do I use it?
To use Honey, all you have to do is download the extension to your most-used web browser - it works with all major browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Then, when you're ready to pay for your shopping, click the Honey button on your browser's tool bar and the app will automatically add the discount codes it has found to your order.
Where can I get discounts?
Thousands of online retailers across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and India support the extension, including Amazon, H&M and ASOS.
Is there a catch?
The discount tool is free to use, but the company state that the extension "uses Google Analytics to collect extension usage statistics to help improve user experience." It is possible to opt out of this tracking, but you must do this yourself after downloading Honey.
As with any website or download, it is recommended that you read the organisation's terms and conditions fully before agreeing to them.
