SAFE will be staged at The Quarry Theatre and is about the daily lives of those ironworkers whose skill and bravery made the Empire State Building a ground-breaking first.

It is performed by the ZoieLogic Dance Theatre

Speaking about the piece, choreographer Zoie Golding said:“SAFE is a piece about masculinity and brotherhood which draws the audience into the world of determination and male friendship. Along the way they’ll see stories unfold and how competitiveness and bravado lead to a collective spirit and unique friendship.

“We perform SAFE on a really unusual bespoke steel, aluminium and wood set which has been specially designed for this piece; it’s a very exposed set as if we’ve taken a bite out of the Empire State Building.”

ZoieLogic Dance Theatre’s SAFE is being performed at The Quarry Theatre at St Lukes, Bedford, on Friday, April 15 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £14 for adults and £12 for concessions. To book, call the box office on 01234 362337 or visit www.quarrytheatre.org.uk.
