Bedford’s leading independent estate agent, which is based at 62 St Loyes Street, MK40 1EN, will be opening the doors to dozens of homes of vendors looking to move out by Christmas between September 27 and 29.

Over £3 million worth of property will be available to view without appointment by home buyers wanting to move in by Christmas. Plus, as an added incentive, some properties will have reduced their asking prices for that weekend only.

Anyone interested in featuring their home in haart’s Move By Christmas promotion later this month needs to contact their haart branch by Friday, September 21.

Barry Butler, branch manager for haart of Bedford, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for home owners serious about moving by Christmas to showcase their property to people looking to move in by Christmas. We organised a similar open house event earlier this year and it proved to be a big success. We are expecting this to be even more popular and as an extra benefit to both buyers and sellers during the event haart Legal Services are giving away vouchers worth up to £300 towards clients legal costs and providing dedicated conveyancing staff to complete the transactions before Christmas.”
