Enjoy Easter with your wild ones at Woburn Safari Park

Magic, the Gruffalo and Peppa Pig will be joining forces to make an event for youngsters of all ages at Woburn Safari Park.

The park’s newly redesiged Safari Lodge plays host to a magic show by Captain Fantastic.

The show, jam-packed with comedy, magic and games with intrepid superhero Captain Fantastic, takes place on Friday March 25.

A barbecue lunch will be served and an Easter reward for completing the quiz trial. There’s also Easter cookie decorating and face painting, for a small extra charge.

People can book a session at either 12.30pm or 2pm. Tickets cost £32.99 per adult and £24.99 per child. Optional face painting or cookie decorating costs an additional £3 each or £5 if purchased together.

On the same day, The Gruffalo, the star of the award winning children’s picture book of the same name, pays a visit.

It will take place on the decking of the Mammoth Play Ark in the Foot Safari at regular intervals from 11:30am. Children under the age of three can also visit the event for free.

And Easter weekend isn’t finished there as on Monday March 28, the adorable and popular Peppa Pig comes to the Safari Park.

Peppa Pig will be making special appearances at Woburn Safari Park throughout the day, meeting her little fans for a photo opportunity on the decking of the Mammoth Play Ark, in the Foot Safari.

Visitors don’t pay any more than the standard admission ticket price to see either the Gruffalo or Peppa Pig, but must book tickets online in advance for this event.

Children under the age of three can also visit the event for free.
