Examples include a stunning 1989 Rolls-Royce Corniche II Convertible (estimated at £110,000-£130,000) and a 1959 Jaguar XK150 S 3.4 Litre Fixed Head Coupé (estimated at £70,000-£90,000).

Aston Martin aficionados will also have a keen eye on a 1963 Aston Martin Lagonda Rapide, one of only 55 Rapides made. Comprehensively restored by Aston Martin Works in the 1980s (estimated at £60,000-£70,000).

The auction is next week – on Wednesday, December 3 – at the Millbrook Proving Ground.

James McWilliam, sales manager at H&H Classics, said: “It’s fitting that the famous British motor venue of Millbrook will host our auction containing some highly collectible homegrown classics.”

All lots will be available to view in person at the proving ground from noon on Tuesday, December 2 and from 9am on the Wednesday with the sale starting at noon.

Anyone looking to bid on one of the lots can do so in person, online, by telephone or by leaving a commission bid.
