The formal ribbon cutting meant that Multi-Care Community Services (MCCS) Bedfordshire is now officially up and running.

It will provide the solution for those who want to stay in their homes but need live-in care, or social needs which mean they need support with routine activities.

By providing highly-trained and experienced staff Multi-Care Community Services can support people to live as independently as they are able and to be safe and comfortable within their own familiar and reassuring surroundings.

It’s about you

Dignity and respect is hugely important to MCCS and they place a high importance on clients’ privacy and their need to maintain independence.

This is why they always involve service users in creating, developing and implementing individual support plans. Initial needs assessments will be made to gather relevant information to produce an holistic, individually tailored plan with mutually agreed outcomes.

Friendly and professional

Above all the care offered is about helping each person live the life they want with support where they need it most – whether you need assistance with bathing or dressing, someone to pick up a prescription or collect dry cleaning, companionship and conversation, support with entertaining or incontinence care and help with eating.

Care workers will participate in in a range of support roles such as helping support hobbies such as reading, helping prepare shopping lists and do the shopping, carrying out light housekeeping, helping with personal grooming and ensure they stimulate mental awareness, supervising home maintenance and supporting visiting family, friends and neighbours.

You’ll find their offices at Suite 6, Belfry Court, High Street, Sandy. You can email mccsbedfordshire.co.uk or visit the website for more details www.mccsbedfordshire.co.uk. Call today to discuss your care needs or on behalf of a relative or friend.
