WEEKEND UPDATE: Bedfordshire records more than 130 cases
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Over the weekend, Bedfordshire recorded 136 new cases, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

Hide AdOut of that figure, Bedford has 20 new cases, with a total of 13,210 people now diagnosed with the deadly virus; Central Bedfordshire has 31 cases, with a total of 15,401, and Luton has 85 cases, with a new total of 19,357.
There were no deaths in Bedford (483), Luton (488) or Central Bedfordshire (567).
Meanwhile, Buckinghamshire now has 30,634 cases of Covid, Hertfordshire has 75,046 and Milton Keynes has 19,499 cases.

Hide AdIn the UK, as of Sunday, March 14, 24,196,211 people had received the first dose of the vaccination for Covid, and 1,584,909 had received their second dose.
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases now stands at 4,258,438. The number of deaths is 125,516.
