Today (June 9), Bedford has recorded seven new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the total to 704.
There have been ten new coronavirus deaths recorded at Bedford Hospital Trust in the past 24 hours, the latest official figures show.
NHS England figures show 190 people had died in hospital at Bedford Hospital NHS Trust as of 5pm on Monday, June 8.

UPDATE: Bedford has 24 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours
In Luton, there are 14 new cases, the total is 798. In Central Bedfordshire, there are five new cases, the total number of cases is now 681.
In Buckinghamshire, the total is 1,022, Milton Keynes has 512 cases and Hertfordshire has 2,932 cases in total.
The new figures are now recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases now stands at 289,140. The number of deaths has been recorded as 40,883.
