UPDATE: Bedford has nine new cases of coronavirus

Today (June 25), Bedford has recorded nine new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, the total for the borough is 801.

In Luton, there are four new cases, the total is now 839. In Central Bedfordshire, there are seven new cases, the total number of cases is now 766.

In Buckinghamshire, the total is 1,065, Milton Keynes has 517 cases and Hertfordshire has 2,995 cases in total.

The new figures are now recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm.

Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases now stands at 307,980. The number of deaths has been recorded as 43,230.
