As of today (June 25), Bedford recorded 38 new cases of coronavirus, with a total of 15,311 people now diagnosed with the deadly virus, according to the latest figures from Public Health England
There were no deaths in Bedford (482), Central Bedfordshire (572) or Luton (504).
Central Bedfordshire has 47 new Covid cases with a total of 17,053, while Luton recorded 56, with a new total of 21,869.

Meanwhile, Buckinghamshire now has 20,983 cases of Covid, Hertfordshire has 80,204 and Milton Keynes has 20,983 cases.
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
In Bedford, as of today, 116,870 people have received the first dose of the vaccination for Covid, and 81,003 have received their second dose. In the UK, 75,963,777 people have been vaccinated.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 15,810 and now stands at 4,699,868. There were 18 deaths, bringing the total to 128,066.
