UPDATE: 50 people test positive for Covid in Bedford
Central Bedfordshire recorded 43 new cases
As of today (June 10), Bedford recorded 50 new cases of coronavirus, with a total of 14,893 people now diagnosed with the virus, according to the latest figures from Public Health England
There were no deaths in Bedford (485) or Luton (501) - and deaths were revised down by one in Central Bedfordshire (570) - according to Public Health England.
Central Bedfordshire has 43 new Covid cases with a total of 16,649, while Luton recorded 57, with a new total of 21,404.

Meanwhile, Hertfordshire has 78,277 cases of Covid and Milton Keynes has 20,580 cases.
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
In the UK, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 7,393 to 4,542,986. The number of deaths has risen by seven to 127,867.
As of June 9, in the UK, 40,886,878 people had received the first dose of the vaccination for COVID-19, and 28,857,102 had received their second dose.
