Strict safety control measures will be in place - a face covering will need to be worn and social distancing must be followed at all times.
Dave Hodgson, Mayor of Bedford Borough said: “Rates of Coronavirus infection Bedford Borough are still high and not reducing as quick as we would like.
"The new walk-in testing site is easy to use and you don’t need a car as you can walk or cycle to the site.

Cllr Louise Jackson, portfolio holder for Health and Wellbeing said: “If you are experiencing any of these symptoms; a new, persistent cough, high temperature, loss or change in sense of smell or taste, you should immediately isolate at home with the rest of your household, and arrange a test.
"Anyone testing positive for Covid-19 will be helped by the NHS test and trace service to identify recent contacts so that they can be alerted.”
Test results will be available within 24-72 hours of completing the test.
