Figures from Public Health England show a breakdown of coronavirus cases in Bedford for the seven days up to January 27.

Kempston North, Newnham and Putnoe wards have recorded far fewer cases than the rest of the town with 19, 13 and 21 respectively, but the figures for Kempston West & South, Cauldwell and Kingsbrook are creeping back up.

Last month, the Prime Minister put England into a third lockdown with everyone ordered to stay at home except for a handful of permitted reasons.

The rules will be reviewed on February 15.

Kempston West & South - 77 cases

Kingsbrook - 57 cases

Newnham - 13 cases

Putnoe - 21 cases
