In a statement on the GP websites - including Putnoe Medical Centre and The De Parys Group - it says your practice will be in touch with you to book your appointments, so wait for the call.

You will need two appointments, 21 days apart, as all GP surgeries will be using the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine – both appointments will be booked when your practice contacts you.

You can see the full message on your GP's homepage - but make sure they have your mobile number, in case there are any delivery issues.
