"I decided to do something to raise money to support both causes. I have formulated a plan! This week I doing a Facebook live Kitchen gig in aid of two local charities.

"NHS Kindness and Support group are raising funds towards providing food and essentials for our very hard working NHS workers here at Bedford hospital and support packs for NHS home workers too.

"I will also be raising money for St John's Hospice, who rely heavily on income from the charity shops - which have now had to close - and donations from fundraisers, which have been suspended due to the coronavirus.
