Bedford menopause group to provide support for women

Started by Bedford women, The Menopause Support Group has already organised a conference as well as regular meetings.

The conference will take place at The Higgins Museum, in Bedford, of February 8. And if it's anything like last year, there will be yoga menopause, homeopathy as well as people sharing personal stories about perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

The group also hosts monthly evening sessions at Different Drew run by the BOLD charity on Clapham Road. The next meeting is at 6pm on January 8. The group also runs weekly sessions every Thursday from January 23 from 12.30-2pm at the NHS Recovery College 3 Woburn Road.
