TV's fitness instructor Mr Motivator virtually visited Cranfield Academy to get staff, children and families up and active.

Headteacher Joseph Piatczanyn said his visit was a brilliant beginning to the school's 'Fantastic Friday', hailing it an "incrediblke day".
