Last chance to apply for school bus place in Bedford

Central Bedfordshire Council is reminding parents to apply by Friday, November 22, if they want their child to be considered for a spare seat on an existing school bus.

Seats are offered on a first come first served basis and no payment is required until a seat has been confirmed.

The cost for the spring term is £267, but if you applied and paid for the whole year there is no need to reapply.

Spare seats are not a guaranteed form of transport and should the seat be required by an entitled student it can be withdrawn at two weeks’ notice, with a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for days not used.
