Bedford artist completes 30 cartoons - including one of Captain Tom - for NHS charity

He aims to raise £1,000 by reflecting the humorous side of lockdown

Charles Evans, of Kempston, has completed a full set of cartoons concluding with a tribute to Captain Tom Moore walking his 100 laps.

And the musician is hoping to raise £1,000 for NHS Charities Together.

Also, anyone giving more than £50 will be offered a full set of Charles's 30 humorous cartoons as a record of these strange times, with social distancing taken to extremes.

One supporter said: "It's not 100 circuits of your back garden Charles - but gives priceless tips and suggestions for all those loo rolls."
