There's no escaping it - new Bedford rooms hailed huge success

And it's not surprising - players who booked in on the day were treated to cakes from Seventh Heaven Cakes in Bedford and some bubbly.

Visitors took to Facebook and Tripadvisor to praise the family-run business.

One said: "We were privileged to be the first escapees at the new Extortion room in Bedford. Thank you so much for your warm welcome, your extra hospitality and for planning such an interesting room. Highly recommended."

While another said: "Easily a few of the best escape rooms. Really friendly staff, the rooms are all so different and great fun to do."

Last month, Bedford Today revealed how the business, based near Leighton Buzzard, was moving to bigger premises in Bedford.

The space covers two floors with two themed rooms, Gin & Panic and Extortion. Two more rooms The Secret Hut and The Rock will open up around April. The remaining rooms will open up mid 2020, including a two-hour escape room game.
