Bedfordshire based luxury wedding planner Constance Taylor has devised a ‘Sweet 15’ initiative that will allow couples to get married in lockdown while still sticking to the rules.

With thousands of heartbroken couples across the country stalling, cancelling and rearranging their ceremonies due to the 15 attendees rule, Constance has grouped together a team of her best suppliers and venues across Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire to allow couples to tie the knot in the next six months.

And what's more, the whole day will cost £15,000.

Constance, of Flitwick, said: "Lots of couples are fed up of waiting any longer and desperately want to get married in 2020 and early 2021. When I’ve been meeting and talking to them, they’ve told me their frustrations, feeling their lives are on hold while they wait for restrictions to lift.

"Equally, there are thousands of venues and suppliers across Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire who are losing business and income.

"I came up with ‘Sweet 15’ as a way for couples to get married safely and affordably, and to keep numerous businesses afloat during this difficult time," added the owner of Mrs T Weddings.

Under her Sweet 15 initiative, Constance keeps the costs to a set figure, with a range of high-quality suppliers on board to complete a dream wedding at a fraction of many couples’ planned budgets.

She added: "I have a full roster of suppliers and venues that service high-end weddings, ready and waiting to help couples get married. We want to be able to help them have the perfect day while adhering to social distancing measures."

Examples of some suppliers who are signed up already are Harding & Bloom (florist), The Brother's Supper (caterer), Oh My Cakery (cake), Phelans (jewellers), By The Event Stylists (decor), Silk & Satin Weddings (transport), Constance Doyle (photographer).
