Sheila ready to put her feet up after 25 years

ONE of the region’s best known businesswomen is set to retire and is looking to pass on her successful ladies’ designer dress shop to a new owner.

After 25 years of owning and running Harpurs in Woburn Sands, Sheila Kemble is ready to step down and is looking forward to spending more time with her grandchildren and increasing her involvement as a trustee of Willen Hospice.

She has also been shortlisted as an Olympic torch runner in 2012 and is currently waiting to hear if she has been chosen.

But until December she is still fully engaged with Harpurs and is currently overseeing the new autumn and winter collections, which are now in stock.

The shop is being offered to the market through Aitchison Raffety in Milton Keynes on a freehold or leasehold basis.
