Owner of cat hotel near Bedford reckons official opening was purr-fect

Flitwick mayor Cllr Phil Thompson and deputy town mayor, Cllr Maureen Williams, dropped into the unveiling of Flitwick’s first luxury cat hotel - which is owned by Louise Jones.

She said: “A huge thank you to everyone who joined me on Sunday for the unveiling of Longcroft Flitwick. I can’t wait to bring my passion for cats and animal welfare to my job every single day.

"Owners who book their pussycats here can relax when they are on their travels, knowing their furry friends will be cared for in a safe and loving, home-from-home environment, with plenty of cat cuddles."

As Bedford Today revealed last month, Longcroft Flitwick's custom-built hotel comprises four luxury suites. Each one includes an individual, climate-controlled bedroom, leading on to a private garden play area. The experience Longcroft Flitwick offers is designed to be as close to the guests’ home life as possible, with one-on-one care and room service offered as standard.
