Sainsbury’s has opened a new Local store on Folkes Road, Wootton
Headteacher of Wootton Lower School, Chris Tavener, did the honours and officially opened the store on Saturday.

Hide AdThe new store - which will trade from 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday - has created 20 jobs and even features a self-serve coffee machine.
The new store will play an active role in Wootton and has already supported Bizzy Bees Preschool in Wootton with some new toys and essentials.
David Button, Sainsbury’s Wootton Local store manager, said: “The new store looks fantastic and we have a team of colleagues who are excited to welcome and serve customers, providing them with a convenient place to pick up a coffee and their favourite grocery products.
“Our aim is to provide great quality and value alongside friendly service and we really look forward to playing an active role in the Wootton community.”
