Ampthill Festival looking to next year after being forced to postpone

As the pandemic has forced the Ampthill Festival to be postponed to 2021, organisers are looking to celebrate it 40th anniversary next year,.

A spokesman said: "We are delighted to announce that, thanks to the goodwill of our artists, McFly and Ash are confirmed to appear at AmpRocks 2021, just as planned for 2020.

"Based on their availability, AmpRocks 2021 will now take place on Saturday, July 3. This means we will be able to give you a full day of music, with no need to rush home from work."

AmpProms will be held on Sunday, July 4, 2021. Redborne Jazz Band, Ampthill Town Band and Ampthill Orchestra are all set to perform.

Any tickets bought for this year will be valid for next year.
