Pared with elite film, the pallet wrap system continues to prove itself to be an asset to any operation. With a 500mm width, elite film reduces pallet revolutions by 25% compared to standard 400mm films. Its high-performance LDPE blend increases load stability while using less film, ensuring secure and efficient wrapping. The Elite film also saves 50% of the time required to wrap a pallet compared to other pre-stretched films, significantly boosting productivity. It achieves up to 100% stretch, ensuring maximum roll yield effortlessly and uses 60% less wrap per pallet compared to traditional films, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Carlton is once again pushing boundaries by introducing an extended tower attachment. Further easing the strain on operators working with taller pallets, this feature eliminates the need for stretching and reaching, ensuring a consistent wrap without any physical strain.

Businesses that have trialled the wrapX system report significant improvements in efficiency and safety, so it’s no surprise Carlton are anticipating a busy second half of the year to keep up with the high demand.
