Madcap ride around the world at Stables

This year’s family Christmas production at The Stables in Milton Keynes is a high-octane adaptation of Jules Verne’s classic novel Around theWorld in 80 Days.

Join Phileas Fogg and his faithful servant Passepartout in their audacious plan to navigate the globe in just 80 days.

With only a bag full of money, a pocket watch and a wager to win, Fogg sets out on the most celebrated literary journey of all time.

Combining clowning, live music, storytelling and an international ensemble, Around the World in 80 Days takes audiences on a madcap, continental race against the clock.

The show is producedand performed by the theatre company New International Encounter.

The show is suitable for everyone over six years old and lasts approximately 1 hour 45 minutes including an interval.

Performances run from Tuesday December 22 through to Saturday January 2.

There will be a ‘relaxed’ performance of the show on Monday December 28 at 1.30pm.

It is specifically designed to welcome people who will benefit from a more relaxed performance environment, including people with an autism spectrum condition, sensory and communication disorders or a learning disability.
