Louie Spence to star in Milton Keynes Theatre’s next panto
Milton Keynes Theatre has announce today that everyone’s favourite TV personality Louie Spence (ITV’s Dancing on Ice, Sky TV’s Pineapple Dance Studio and Louie Spence’s Showbusiness) has been confirmed as the star of this year’s pantomime. Louie wowed audiences at Manchester Opera House last year by performing the role of Dandini in the pantomime Cinderella, breaking box office records and receiving outstanding reviews:
“His Dandini is a one-man chorus line, leaping, twirling, purring and pirouetting with exhausting enthusiasm.” Manchester Confidential
“It’s hard to take your eyes off Mr Spence-he steals practically every scene he is in and leaves you amazed at his energy and constant dance moves executed with an extreme excitability.” Manchester’s Finest
Louie thoroughly enjoyed playing Dandini after receiving standing ovations at every performance – so much so, that he wanted to reprise the role at Milton Keynes Theatre again this year. Therefore, the 2012/13 pantomime title has been changed from Snow White to Cinderella.
Louie today said “I can’t wait to get my panto sparkle back on next Christmas. Milton Keynes has an amazing theatre and I’m sure the audiences and I will have a ball!”
After Graduating from a three year scholarship at London Studio Centre Louie joined the original Award-Winning cast of Miss Saigon.
