UPDATE: Body of woman found in Bedford river
The body of a woman has been found in a river in Bedford after she got into difficulties last night.
A dive team began searching the area of the Great Ouse near Honey Hill earlier this morning.
It is believed the woman entered the water to help somebody in distress and got into difficulties herself.
Next of kin have been made aware and police are supporting the family at this difficult time.
