BREAKING: Bedford town centre at a standstill due to serious crash in the High Street
The High Street in Bedford has been closed due to a serious accident outside the Wilkinson's store.
Emergency services including the police and fire service are at the scene.
Bedford Borough Council said in a statement: “This closure has also affected St Paul’s Square. Until the road is re-opened please board any buses from the Bus Station.”
