The nights may be getting longer, but Castle Comedy promises to brighten up next week with laughter.

The show on Thursday November 12 at The Gordon Arms’ Ent Shed will have a mix of hot young talent, magic and a top UK headliner.

Stuart Goldsmith is an internationally award-winning comedian, with a reputation for smart, accessible stand-up. He starred in ITV’s Show me the Funny and has appeared on Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled (Dave, 2015). He likes to get his teeth into love, romance and the downside of getting what you want.

In addition to his stand-up credentials he is the man behind the cult The Comedian’s Comedian Podcast, which shines a light on the darkest creative secrets of his fellow comics, and is much beloved by comedy fans, performers and industry alike.
Time Out has hailed him as “a supremely talented stand-up, with a wonderfully funny view of the world and an effortless charm”.

Opening the show is Tom Lucy. Tom impressed earlier in the year at Castle Comedy Biggleswade, and at just 18 years old is the youngest act to play The Comedy Store professionally. Harry Hill has described him as “an outstanding young comic and one to watch - headed for great things”.

Completing the bill and bringing the magic is Stu Turner. Blending comedy and magic with absolute nonsense, Stu Turner’s offbeat act is sometimes silly, sometimes surreal, but always baffling and entertaining. The show will be hosted by Bedford favourite, Paul Revill.

The show starts at 8.15pm and tickets are £8 or £16 with pre show meal & glass of wine. To book call 07736 060541 or visit at www.castlecomedy.co.uk
