Sure Start event proves great success for young and old alike


Visitors braved the breezy weather to enjoy the fun at Cauldwell Lower School last weekend (Saturday, July 19).

Highlights from the family fun day included a circus workshop, story tellers, and a 'fastest shot' football competition.

Lisa Caimino, who helped to organise the event for Sure Start, a Government body which helpes promotes child welfare throughout the country, said: "It was great fun for people of all ages."
