BLUES: With strength and fitness coach Jamie Bain leaving for pastures new, the Bedford Blues have teamed up with local hostelry The Embankment to put the players through their paces with a Summer Barn Dance on Friday, July 6, at 7pm in the Blues Marquee.

All profits from the event – which costs just £20 and includes a drink on arrival as well as a two-course meal and a night jam-packed with entertainment on the dance floor – will go towards the Blues’ pre-season trip to Salle, Bordeaux.
