Phoenix club sign Burgess
Chester move for Hatters fan
Self-confessed Luton Town fan Andy Burgess has signed for phoenix club Chester FC.
The 28-year-old former Hatter, who was released by Mansfield in the summer, will be competing in the Evo-Stik League Division One North.
The ex-Rushden & Diamonds skipper played eight times for Luton at the start of last season before becoming embroiled in a betting scandal and was transferred to Mansfield where he scored two goals in 17 games.
