Kids lose out to Cobblers

Luton lose out for the first time

Luton Town U18s suffered their first Youth Alliance defeat of the season when they were beaten 1-0 by Northampton Town.

The Cobblers opened the scoring in the first half and, although Martin Prickett's boys upped the tempo after the break, the closest they came to scoring was when Christian Tavernier's free-kick rattled the bar.

Hatters: Kidd, Deeney, Lacey, Bufano (Yamfam), Carney, James, Cain, Tavernier, Dasilva, Patrick (Kaddu), Toomey.
