Halford and Deed tackle Rugby Sprint Triathlon

Paul Halford and Sarah Deed were in action at the Rugby Sprint Triathlon.

The race consisted of a 400m swim, 15-mile bike and 5km run to finish.

Halford had a cracking race, finishing in 1.08hrs, while Deed, in her first triathlon, came clocked 1.22hrs.
