Wootton Blue Cross bowed out of the UCL League Cup at the second round stage following a 2-1 home defeat against St Ives Town on Tuesday night.

Gary Janes was on target for the hosts who also lost 2-0 at title-chasing Irchester United in UCL Division One on Saturday.

This weekend, Wootton host Olney Town while AFC Kempston Rovers are at home to Bugbrooke St Michaels. Rovers' home fixture against Thrapston Town on Saturday was postponed.

Ampthill Town v Hadley, Bedford FC v Crawley Green, Cranfield United v Cockfosters and Sun Postal Sports v Bedford Town Reserves in SSML Division One on Saturday were also all postponed.

Bedford Town Reserves bowed out of the Challenge Trophy at the fourth round stage following a 1-0 extra-time defeat at Brimsdown Rovers last Thursday.

On Tuesday night, Bedford FC's scheduled Division One trip to Harpenden Town was postponed, while Cranfield United remain in the drop zone after a 5-0 defeat at Crawley Green on Wednesday evening.

This weekend, Ampthill Town visit Amersham Town, it's third against fourth as Bedford Town Reserves are at Hadley, Cranfield United go to Kings Langley and Bedford FC visit leaders Holmer Green.
