THE Luton News are running a brand new man-of-the-match feature this season.

To trial the new system, we are inviting readers to pick their star performer from the excellent 2-0 pre-season friendly victory the Town managed against Championship side Ipswich on Saturday.

Janos Kovacs netted both goals as Luton continued their fine start to the warm-up campaign.

The poll will run until Tuesday afternoon, with the results announced in the paper and online.

The new feature will be up and running again after the first Blue Square Bet Premier clash with Gateshead on Saturday, August 11.
