Mark Tyler: 6.5 - No chance with the first goal and unlucky not to claw away the second, but largely untroubled as he displayed some good distribution.

Jonathan Smith: 7 - Ran himself ragged and displayed a couple of pieces of real skill to open up Lincoln.

Steve McNulty: 7.5 - Won masses in the air, helped create the winner and made an important last-gasp tackle to keep Town’s lead intact.

Alex Lawless: 6 - Largely on the periphery as perhaps the adrenaline was this time lacking after starring midweek.

Jake Howells: 6 - Not a lot came off for the young Welshman, but you can’t doubt his endeavour.

Scott Griffiths: 6 Experienced full-back did a job but was sacrificed to give Luton a greater attacking edge.

Mark Cullen: 7.5 - Started slowly but took his goals supremely well and was unlucky not to have a hat-trick with one disallowed and another forcing a fine save.

Andy Parry: 6 - Made a couple of mistakes, but got away with them on a day he’ll have learnt a lot from.

Luke Guttridge: 8 - Star midfielder has been a revelation since signing in the summer and has been Luton’s most consistent performer.

Ronnie Henry: 6 - Solid enough without offering a real creative edge,

Jim Stevenson: 6 - Young midfielder never really got to grips with the encounter as Lincoln threatened on the counter.
