Howells notches 200th Hatters appearance

Jake Howells made his 200th appearance for the club during Saturday’s 1-1 FA Cup first round draw with Nuneaton Town.

The 21-year-old, who signed a new three-year deal in the summer, made his Town debut back in 2008, coming on as a 75th minute substitute in the 1-0 League One home defeat to Huddersfield Town.

Howells, who is now the Hatters’ current longest serving players, has also netted 16 goals.
