Alex Lawless made his return from injury

Dean Brill: 7 – Commanded his area well and distribution was excellent.

Lathaniel Rowe-Turner: 8 – Asked to add an attacking side to his game and did just that.

Janos Kovacs: 7 – Solid showing on his return and surprising he was taken off.

Scott Rendell: 7 – Led the line well for Hatters, but should have scored in the second half.

Jake Howells: 6.5 – Back into midfield, but his least effective display in recent weeks.

Simon Ainge: 7.5 – Yet another assured showing and is really growing into a fine centre-half.

Stuart Fleetwood: 7.5 – Was a real handful on the left flank and came within inches of a goal.

Arnaud Mendy: 8 – A colossus in midfield, won almost every second ball on offer.

Jonathan Smith: 7.5 – Neat and tidy debut, not afraid to put his foot in either.

Ronnie Henry: 7 – Sturdy performance from the full-back once more.

Andre Gray: 7 – Looked like he could run riot in the first half, but influence waned slightly.

Jake Robinson (sub): 6 – Full of energy in his brief foray.

Alex Lawless (sub): 6 – Great to see him back and almost netted a late leveller.

JJ O’Donnell (sub): 5.5 – Got on too late to make an impact.
